For years, I’ve watched small business owners work harder than anyone should have to—juggling clients, team issues, operations, growth, and the constant pressure to “figure it all out.” I’ve lived that life myself. As the owner of RMD Luxury Window Treatments, I’ve spent more than a decade building a business from the ground up—one that now manages dozens of projects at once, coordinates across multiple teams, and delivers a premium client experience every single day.

Before running RMD, I spent years in organizational leadership and project-based environments where clarity, communication, and structure weren’t optional—they were the difference between success and chaos. That experience shaped how I lead, how I problem-solve, and how I support others.
 

Project management isn’t just something I learned; it’s something I’ve lived, refined, and used to build a thriving business.

Through all of this, I realized something:
